All module positions are collapsible which means if you don?t publish any modules in some position it will not take any blank spaces leaving those for neighbor modules. You can configure overall layout width in pixels (for fixed width) or percentage (for fluid width).
You can configure left column width in percentage within range (18% - 33%).
You can configure right column width in percentage within range (18% - 33%).
